You get 10 free scans when you first download TidyorMessy. After that you can purchase additional scan packs — 10, 30, or 50 scans — directly in the app.
No. Photos are sent securely to our AI analysis service and are never stored on our servers. Your images stay private and are only used in the moment to generate your tidiness score.
Open the app and go to the "Get Scans" tab. Scroll down and tap "Restore Purchases." Your previously purchased scan packs will be restored automatically using your Apple ID.
The AI scores based on visible clutter, organisation, and cleanliness in the photo. Better lighting and a wider angle of the room tend to produce the most accurate results. Try taking the photo from the doorway!
First try "Restore Purchases" in the Get Scans tab. If that doesn't work, please contact us at apoudel1609@gmail.com with your Apple ID and we'll sort it out right away.
Go to the History tab, tap the "..." menu in the top right corner, and select "Delete All." You can also swipe left on individual items to delete them one at a time.
Currently TidyorMessy is only available on iOS. An Android version may be considered in the future based on demand.
